After Adventum Group completes the Exit Planning that analyzes and estimates the value of your business in the marketplace, we enter the second stage of the Compass M&A Service — going to market. During the Dealmaking phase, we follow a disciplined methodology and deliver a guided approach toward completing a successful sales transaction.

We begin this phase by developing a marketing strategy that is customized to fit the unique profile of each client. This comprehensive business strategy is designed to raise the visibility of the company and target the most suitable acquirers while maintaining strict confidentiality. Adventum Group will then write a Confidential Memorandum that properly positions the business and documents and articulates the company's value — from the perspective of a buyer.

We will then identify and contact potential buyers — both domestic and international — who are actively seeking to acquire companies. We have established close working relationships with qualified buyers, including:

  • Private equity groups
  • Public companies
  • Large private corporations

Our experience demonstrates a proven ability to communicate with experienced and sophisticated buyers at all levels. We will:

  • Solicit and qualify preliminary offers
  • Negotiate the deal structure
